Tracking Your Repair with an RMA Number

Once you complete and submit the online repair form, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number starts with “W” followed by five digits (e.g., W12345).

Your RMA number is used to track your repair through our system. Please reference this number if you need assistance or have questions about your repair.

Checking Your Repair Status

When filling out the Online Gauge Repair Form, you will be prompted to create a Username and Password. If you have already submitted a repair request and received an RMA number, you can use these login credentials to check your repair status.

RMA Confirmation Email

After submitting the online repair form, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Please check your inbox, and if you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder.

The email will be sent from Faria Beede Instruments with the subject line:

"Faria Beede Instruments RMA WXXXXX Request"

This email will include:

  • The details you provided when completing the form
  • Estimated repair costs
  • Shipping instructions

Shipping Instructions for Repairs

To return your instrument for repair, follow these guidelines:

  • Packaging: Pack your gauge(s) securely in a box to prevent damage during transit. Do not send mounting hardware with your repair.
  • RMA Number: Clearly write your RMA number (provided upon completing the online repair form) on the outside of the box.
  • Include a Copy of the RMA Email: Print and include a copy of your confirmation email with the RMA number inside the package.

Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Your instrument will be analyzed, repaired, or replaced and returned to you promptly.
  • If your instrument is no longer manufactured, we may replace it with a similar model of equal or greater value.
  • Turnaround times vary based on seasonal demand, but we will make every effort to expedite your warranty claim.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your RMA item(s).
